What we collect
- Contact and booking requests: the name, email, phone number, company details and message you choose to send us.
- Conversations with Vera: what you type to Vera, and, if you choose to talk to her out loud, a recording and transcript of the voice call.
Talking to Vera
Vera is an AI assistant, not a person. Voice conversations with Vera may be recorded and transcribed so Simon can follow up on your request. Vera tells you this at the start of every voice call, and you can end the call at any time. If you'd rather not be recorded, you can type to Vera instead, use the booking form, or call or text (617) 996-0006.
Voice calls are handled by our service provider Retell AI, and appointments are scheduled through our calendar provider. They process this information only to deliver these services to us.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, schedule and prepare for your consultation, and provide the services you ask for. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
